1. How to Get Futures Bonus
-
- How to Get It: When a user receives a Futures Bonus, the system will notify them in three ways:
- In-site Message: Reminds the user that they’ve successfully received the Futures Bonus.
- Email: Provides detailed reward information.
- SMS: Alerts the user that the Futures Bonus has been successfully claimed and offers further instructions.
- How to Get It: When a user receives a Futures Bonus, the system will notify them in three ways:
2. Activation Logic
- Activation Entry: Users receive notifications through in-site messages, emails, or SMS, guiding them to the Coupon Center to activate their futures bonus.
- Activation Conditions: Some futures bonuses have activation conditions, typically requiring a certain amount of assets in the futures account to activate.
- If there are no activation conditions, the user can activate the bonus directly.
Some bonus may come with certain restrictions, such as account balance requirements or activation only under specific conditions.
Activation Time Limit: Users must complete the activation process within the validity period.
3. Usage Logic
- How to Use: Once activated, the Futures Bonus can be used as real funds for trading. Users can utilize it to open positions, pay transaction fees, or cover holding costs, among other things.
- For example, transaction fees and holding costs will be deducted from the Futures Bonus first.
- Fee Deduction: When users trade with the Futures Bonus, any transaction fees or holding costs will be prioritized for deduction from the bonus.
- Note: When fees are deducted from the Futures Bonus, users will not be eligible for fee rebates.
- Check Usage Details: Users can view detailed usage records of the Futures Bonus, including deduction details, through the "Usage Inquiry" feature.
4. Recovery Logic
-
- Recovery Conditions: If the user fails to fully use the Futures Bonus within the specified validity period, or if funds are transferred out of the account (e.g., from the futures account to the spot account), the system will trigger a recovery operation.
- Recovery Mechanism:
- Incomplete Usage: If the Futures Bonus is not fully consumed and the bonus period expires, the system will automatically recover the remaining portion.
- Funds Transfer: If funds are transferred out of the account (e.g., from the spot account to the futures account) before the Futures Bonus is fully consumed, the system will execute the recovery operation.
Risk Control: If the recovery operation would cause the user’s position margin ratio to exceed 95% (this is a risk threshold for triggering recovery, not a liquidation threshold), the system will delay the recovery operation and wait for the next funds movement to proceed.
Recovery After Funds Movement:
If the user’s Futures Bonus is subject to recovery due to incomplete usage within the validity period, but the recovery would cause the position margin ratio to approach or exceed 95%, the system will delay the recovery until the next funds movement occurs.
When will the system attempt recovery again?
- The system will definitely need to perform the recovery again. So, when will it happen?
- The next time there is a funds movement in the futures account, the system will re-execute the recovery operation. This includes, but is not limited to, the following scenarios:
- Transfer from Spot Account to Futures Account: When the user transfers funds from the spot account to the futures account, the system will immediately execute the recovery operation.
- Funding Fee Deduction: If the user’s position is adjusted due to funding fee deductions (e.g., funding costs are charged), the system will re-evaluate and execute the recovery operation.
- Opening or Closing a Position: Every time the user opens or closes a position, a recovery operation will be triggered.
- Any Operation Involving Funds Movement in the Futures Account: This includes deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, position adjustments, etc. As long as there is a funds movement in the futures account, the system will re-execute the recovery operation.
- The next time there is a funds movement in the futures account, the system will re-execute the recovery operation. This includes, but is not limited to, the following scenarios:
- Liquidation Condition: A position will only be liquidated when the margin ratio reaches 100%. However, if the margin ratio approaches 95%, the system will cancel the recovery operation and wait until the user’s account funds change before attempting recovery again.
