About Pre-IPO Perpetual Futures:
Pre-IPO Perpetual Futures are derivative products tied to the price performance of private companies prior to their official IPO, enabling users to gain exposure to price movements ahead of public listing.
Please note that Pre-IPO Perpetual Futures do not represent ownership of the underlying shares and do not confer any shareholder rights, voting rights, or other equity interests. Users are trading derivative contracts referenced to the price performance of the underlying assets, rather than the actual shares themselves.
About Mark Price:
During periods when public market pricing is unavailable, Bitunix will calculate the mark price using a combination of platform trading prices and external market reference prices, helping to mitigate the impact of abnormal market volatility.
About Contract Adjustments and Delisting:
If the underlying company successfully completes its IPO, Bitunix may convert the Pre-IPO Perpetual Futures into standard equity perpetual futures, subject to prevailing market conditions. Specific arrangements will be announced separately.
If the underlying company fails to complete its IPO, experiences delays in its listing, or encounters other significant market events, Bitunix reserves the right to delist the related Pre-IPO Perpetual Futures and proceed with settlement accordingly.

Based on prevailing market risk conditions, Bitunix may periodically adjust contract parameters, including but not limited to funding rates, minimum tick size, maximum leverage, initial margin requirements, and maintenance margin requirements.
The perpetual futures listed above are governed by the terms of the Bitunix Futures Services Agreement.
In the event of any discrepancy between translated versions and the original English version, the English version shall prevail.
