To ensure that the pricing of Pre-IPO stock futures accurately reflects the latest fundamental information of the underlying company and to maintain fair and orderly trading, Bitunix continuously monitors updates to publicly disclosed company information.
As the estimated share count disclosed in SpaceX’s (SPCX) latest prospectus has been updated from the previously referenced figures, Bitunix will delist and subsequently relist the SPCXUSDT perpetual futures trading pair to ensure that contract pricing remains aligned with the latest fundamental data.

After relisting, the SPCXUSDT perpetual futures contract will be repriced based on the latest publicly disclosed share count data. Users are advised to be aware of potential price fluctuations and manage their positions accordingly.
Futures Trading
⋅ Bitunix Futures will conduct an automatic settlement for the above perpetual futures trading pair at 2026-06-10 07:30 (UTC). Upon completion of the settlement, the relevant perpetual futures trading pair will be delisted.
⋅ Bitunix Futures Grid will automatically stop all active grid bots at the time specified above and settle any open positions accordingly. Users are advised to manually terminate their running grid bots in advance to avoid potential impact.
⋅ If users still hold open positions in the above perpetual futures contract at the time of settlement, the system will automatically settle and force-close such positions. To avoid unnecessary losses, users are strongly advised to close their positions in advance and refrain from increasing their positions prior to the settlement.
⋅ To protect users’ interests and reduce potential risks under extreme market conditions, Bitunix may implement additional risk control measures for the above perpetual futures contract prior to settlement without further notice. Such measures may include, but are not limited to, adjustments to risk limits (including maximum leverage at each tier, position limits, and maintenance margin requirements) and funding rate adjustments.
