We’re delighted to roll out new updates for Bitunix’s web and mobile platforms, aimed at boosting performance, refining functionality, and providing a smoother experience. This release brings several enhancements crafted to better serve you—let’s take a closer look!

1. Web & Mobile: KYC Authentication Process Optimization

To improve the user experience, we have eliminated the requirement for users to upload a photo holding their ID and a dated paper in the basic KYC process. This optimization not only reduces the complexity of the procedure but also shows our respect for user privacy, greatly enhancing the convenience and user-friendliness of the authentication process.

Basic Authentication Process Optimization：

In the current basic KYC process, we only require users to upload identity verification documents (such as the front and back of an ID card, the front of a driver's license, or the identity page of a passport). There is no need to submit a photo holding the document anymore, which simplifies the authentication steps and improves the user experience.

2. Mobile: VIP Page Optimization

Users can access the VIP page on the mobile app by going to their personal homepage and clicking the VIP icon. The page has been completely redesigned with a more refined UI style, and the trading volume display has been added to make the information more intuitive.

3. Mobile: Futures Order History Function Optimization

3.1 New FAQ Page: Users can now query futures-related issues in the order history details page, providing convenient support.

If users have questions about their current order, they can click the question mark in the top-right corner of the order history details page to enter the FAQ page. This page provides answers to common questions, enabling users to quickly resolve basic issues with ease.

3.2 Customer Service Function Optimization:The FAQ page allows one-click access to LiveChat, automatically carrying the order information for direct communication with customer service.

If the FAQ page doesn’t resolve the user’s issue, they can click the bottom-right corner to access customer service. The service will automatically get the user's order information, saving them from manually copying the order number and providing a more convenient experience.

4. Mobile: Enhanced Spot and Futures PNL Analysis

The Spot and Futures PNL analysis dashboards are now integrated into the “Spot” and “Futures” sections under the Assets module. Users can access them directly with a single click, eliminating the need to navigate through the Daily PNL page, providing a more efficient and convenient experience.
