1. Web: New P2P Feature

The P2P trading feature we have launched provides users with a secure and efficient channel for fund deposits and withdrawals. Users can trade fiat and cryptos directly with platform-certified merchants, eliminating intermediaries and reducing transaction fees. Additionally, transaction guarantees and multiple payment options ensure the safety and convenience of the trades.
 

1.1 P2P Trading Feature Requirements

Users must meet the following requirements to use the P2P module:
  1. KYC Verification
    • Users must complete KYC verification to access the P2P trading feature.
    • KYC information must match the identity details of the payment and receiving accounts used for buying or selling crypto coins.
  2. Fiat Currency Requirements
    • The fiat currency chosen for the initial payment when buying or selling crypto coins must match the currency of the KYC-verified country. Otherwise, the transaction will fail.
  3. Supported Cryptocurrencies
    • Currently, only USDT is supported for buying and selling.
    • Support for other cryptocurrencies, such as BTC and ETH, will be added in the future.
  4. Trading Time and Process Requirements
    • Users must adhere to the platform's time requirements, ensuring payments and proof of payment are submitted on time to ensure smooth transactions.
