Overview
This agreement applies to Bitunix's financial products, including but not limited to flexible savings and fixed-term savings. By using these products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms of this agreement.

Account Eligibility and Participation Conditions

Users need to have a Bitunix account to subscribe to financial products.

Only main accounts and regular accounts are eligible to subscribe; other account types cannot participate.

Disabled accounts cannot subscribe to financial products. If a normal account is disabled while holding a position, redemption is allowed, but withdrawal/transfer functions remain restricted.

Accounts applying for cancellation cannot subscribe to financial products.

Canceled accounts cannot conduct any financial operations.

If a user holds financial products but their account is disabled:

They cannot subscribe to new financial products.

Fixed-term financial products will be automatically redeemed upon maturity.

Funds in flexible savings will remain in the earn Account until the user is unblocked and can manage them independently.

Bitunix reserves the right to impose purchase restrictions based on platform rules for different account types.

Bitunix retains the right to restrict certain regions or users from participating based on compliance requirements or risk management strategies.

Bitunix operates under the laws and regulatory requirements of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and reserves the right to adjust this agreement based on regulatory requirements.

Definitions

T Day: A calendar day calculated in UTC time.

Flexible Savings: Users can deposit or withdraw funds at any time, with daily interest settlement.

Fixed-Term Savings: Users must lock their funds for a specified period, during which withdrawals are not allowed. Principal and interest are paid upon maturity.

Subscription: The process of transferring funds from a spot account to a earn Account to participate in financial products.

Redemption: The process of transferring funds from a earn Account back to a spot account, ending participation in financial products.

Interest Payment: This refers to the returns calculated and distributed to users of an Earn product, which are usually settled on a daily basis or at maturity. Of this amount, 15% of the interest will be used as a risk reserve and the remaining 85% will be used for return distribution to the user.

Product Overview
4.1 Flexible Savings

Users can deposit or redeem funds at any time.

The platform calculates interest on deposited funds based on market conditions.

Interest is settled daily and automatically distributed to users' accounts.

Interest rates for flexible savings products may change based on market fluctuations.

The platform may set a minimum holding requirement; users below this threshold will not earn interest.
4.2 Fixed-Term Savings

Users must choose a fixed term (e.g., 7 days, 30 days, 90 days) and lock funds.

Redemptions are not allowed during the lock-in period.

Upon maturity, the principal and interest are automatically credited to the user's account.

If auto-renewal is selected, the system will reinvest at the current product interest rate.

Early redemption may result in loss of interest or additional fees.

Flexible Savings Process
5.1 Subscription Process

From Spot Account to Earn Account

Users select the subscription amount from their spot account.

Upon subscription, funds are transferred from the spot account to the earn Account, and interest accrual begins at T+1 hour (starting from 00:00 UTC).

5.2 Redemption Process

From Earn Account to Spot Account

Users initiate a redemption request, and funds are transferred back to the spot account.

Interest Payment

Interest is calculated hourly, reinvested as principal, and compounded.

Fixed-Term Product Process
6.1 Subscription Process

Users select a fixed-term financial product and confirm the subscription amount.

Upon subscription, funds are transferred to the earn Account, and interest accrual begins at T+1 day (00:00 UTC).
6.2 Redemption Process

Upon maturity, funds (principal and interest) are returned to the spot account at T+1 day.

If early redemption is requested, no interest is earned, and only the principal is returned immediately.

The return on Bitunix financial products may vary according to market conditions.
This product does not constitute any investment advice, please invest carefully according to your own risk tolerance.
Bitunix is not responsible for any changes in returns due to market fluctuations, policy changes or other force majeure factors. Meanwhile, 15% of the financial income distribution is set as risk reserve, which will affect the actual income in hand.

Dispute Resolution

Users should first attempt to resolve disputes with Bitunix through friendly negotiation.

If negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to the judicial authorities in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
