Bitunix does not provide services to users in specific restricted regions (the “Prohibited Countries”). Currently, these include but are not limited to the United States (including all U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands, as well as U.S. Minor Outlying Islands such as Baker Island, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Midway Islands, Navassa Island, Palmyra Atoll, and Wake Island), Canada (including Alberta), Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, North Korea, South Korea, Cuba, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Yemen, Afghanistan, the Central African Republic, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Lebanon, Somalia, France, as well as Russian-controlled regions of Ukraine (currently including Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk), Sevastopol, and any other jurisdictions Bitunix may restrict at its sole discretion. The list is continuously updated in response to regulatory developments, international sanctions, or internal risk assessments.
Users must not reside in or access Bitunix services from any Prohibited Country. If you relocate to, or become aware of others using our platform from such regions, you must notify us immediately. Any attempt to circumvent these restrictions, such as using a VPN or providing false information, may lead to immediate account suspension, termination, and liquidation of open positions.
Additionally, Bitunix does not provide services to individuals or entities on international sanction lists, including but not limited to the U.S. Treasury Department’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List, the EU’s Consolidated Financial Sanctions List, and the UK Sanctions List. Entities directly or indirectly controlled (50% ownership or more) by sanctioned individuals or groups are also prohibited. Bitunix may impose further restrictions on persons, entities, or regions that present regulatory, legal, or reputational risks.
To ensure compliance, Bitunix reserves the right to take necessary enforcement actions, including account closure and liquidation of assets. These restrictions are subject to ongoing review, and users are encouraged to stay informed about any changes to our policies.
