What is this program?

The Bitunix Community Feedback Program is a monthly, recurring initiative that gives every Bitunix user a direct channel to share product ideas, feature suggestions, and improvements with our product team, and get rewarded for it. This program runs every month, permanently. Each month a new window opens, submissions are reviewed, and winners are announced. Your feedback directly influences what gets built on Bitunix.

Why are we launching this?

We believe the best feedback comes from people who use Bitunix every day. This program is our commitment to making that feedback loop real, structured, and rewarding.

How it works

Visit the Product hub and submit your feedback. We review all entries monthly and reward the best ones with a $10–$15 USDT futures bonus. Winners are announced publicly each month.

If your suggestion gets implemented, you’ll be notified personally.

What can I submit?

Anything that contributes to a better Bitunix. Whether it’s a product idea, a feature you wish existed, a bug you encountered, a UX friction point, or a suggestion around trading, deposits, security, notifications, or support. If it makes Bitunix better, we want to hear it.

The best submissions are specific and clear. Generic or vague entries are less likely to be selected.

Rewards

Rewards are intentionally selective — we reward quality, not volume. Winners are chosen based on clarity, specificity, feasibility, and originality. Duplicate or low-effort submissions will not be considered.

This program is open to all registered Bitunix users.
Bitunix reserves the right to select winners at its sole discretion.
Rewards are distributed as USDT futures bonuses and are subject to standard bonus terms and conditions.
Submitting feedback does not guarantee that the suggested feature will be implemented.
Bitunix is not obligated to provide individual responses to all submissions.
The program structure, reward amounts, and cadence may be updated over time.
