This transition only relates to the service entity supporting your SEPA services and does not affect your day-to-day use of these services.
The transition applies to:
- IBAN account deposit and withdrawal operations
- SEPA network-based settlement processing
- Your IBAN account details remain unchanged.
- Your account balances are not affected.
- Your SEPA services continue to operate as usual.
- Payment processing and settlement continue without interruption.
- No action is required from you.
We remain committed to ensuring the continuity, security and stability of all SEPA services throughout this transition.
If You Do Not Wish to Continue
If you do not wish to continue using the SEPA services following this transition, you may contact our Customer Support team within ten (10) business days of receiving this notice to discuss the available options, including closure of your SEPA account, where applicable.
- Service Transition – SEPA-related services have been transitioned to Alchemy Pay AG.
- Current Status – All SEPA services continue to operate normally under Alchemy Pay AG.
- Customer Options – Customers who do not wish to continue using the SEPA services may contact Customer Support within ten (10) business days of receiving this notice.
