TOKEN2049 Singapore brought two packed days of conversations, activities, and familiar faces together for the Bitunix team. From welcoming KOLs before the event to meeting clients and partners at our booth and hosting interviews with BeInCrypto, there was a lot happening across October 7–8.
Warm KOL Welcome
Before the event, we welcomed our KOLs at Swissôtel and Hilton Singapore with a special Bitunix VIP merch package, including a keyboard, T-shirt, polo shirt, socks, blanket, stickers, and a thank-you card.
It was also a great opportunity to finally meet many of our KOL partners in person, with guests joining from MENA, LATAM, Europe, SEA, CIS, and Chinese-speaking regions.
Two Packed Days at the Bitunix Booth
The Bitunix booth was located in a central, high-traffic area on the exhibition floor, right beside the Stage. With its black-and-neon design and open layout, it was easy to spot and quickly became one of the main places for our team to meet KOLs, clients, partners, and visitors throughout the event.
From October 7–8, the Bitunix booth was active throughout TOKEN2049, with KOLs, traders, partners, and visitors stopping by to meet the team and take part in the activities.
One of the key highlights was the Trading Screen and Ultra Phone, where visitors could get a closer look at the Bitunix trading experience and explore the products firsthand. These were also popular talking points when our BD team introduced the platform to KOLs and clients at the booth.
A big part of keeping the booth running smoothly was the support from our BD teams across different regions. Throughout both days, the BDs stayed active at the booth, meeting existing clients, connecting with new contacts, welcoming KOLs, and helping visitors learn more about Bitunix. It was truly a team effort across Marketing, Events, and BD to keep everything moving.
The Spin & Win brought extra energy to the booth, attracting visitors with the chance to win Bitunix merch and connect with the team.
TOKEN2049 Merch Was a Big Highlight
We also brought a special merch collection designed specifically for TOKEN2049 Singapore.
The collection included keyboards, T-shirts, polo shirts, UV jackets, socks, power banks, caps, PU leather bags, phone cases, luggage tags, keychains, stickers.
The merch was not only used for KOL gifting but also became part of the booth experience, with different items distributed through the Spin&Win and other activities throughout the event.
The Bitunix keyboard was the standout item, attracting plenty of attention from KOLs and visitors. Across the welcome gifting and booth activities, hundreds of merch items were distributed throughout the event.
Two Days, 21 KOLs, Countless Stories
The interview sessions were one of the biggest parts of our TOKEN2049 schedule. Across October 7–8, we hosted 21 KOL interviews in partnership with BeInCrypto, bringing together voices from different markets and backgrounds.
We set up a dedicated interview room for the sessions, giving the KOLs and interviewers a quieter space to sit down and have more focused conversations away from the busy exhibition floor.
The conversations covered trading journeys, market views, crypto experiences, content creation, and regional perspectives. Our BD team also joined several sessions, including interviews with Spanish-speaking KOLs.
The interview series was a joint co-marketing effort between Bitunix, BeInCrypto, and our KOL partners, with interview content and promotional materials shared across their communities.
We captured a strong collection of stories, opinions, and moments that can continue to be shared with the community after TOKEN2049.
A Thank You to Our Guests
From joining interviews and visiting the booth to sharing the experience with their communities, we truly appreciate everyone who was part of Bitunix at TOKEN2049.
A big Thank you to all the KOLs, BeInCrypto, clients, partners, and visitors who joined us at TOKEN2049. Your support, time, and energy made the two days even more special for the Bitunix team. 💚
