How to change a new Google Authenticator

After logging into your account, click "Security" under profile icon, click "Modify" next to Google Authenticator.

Click the icon to copy the setup key, or save the QR code shown on the screen.

Open Google Authenticator, click the add icon, enter the setup key shown in step 3; or use Google Authenticator to scan the QR code, then click "Add".

After successfully setup, return to the site and enter the code shown in Google Authenticator.
- Complete security verification following the instructions to complete the modification.
How to disable Google Authenticator

If your linked Google Authenticator is available, you can just click "Disable" next to Google Authenticator under the Two-Factor Authentication(2FA) in your account security center, and follow the instructions to complete the security verification to unlink.

If you lose access to the old Google Authenticator, you can click "Security Verification Unavailable" at the bottom of the security verification page to reset the security verification following the instructions provided.

Please do NOT delete the account in your Google Authenticator App, or you will lose access to certain functions on Bitunix.

Google Authenticator is used for login, withdrawal, or changing security settings. If you can not always receive verification code via email or sms, it's suggested to link Google Authenticator to your account.

If it keeps saying the Google Authenticator code is incorrect, please check and correct the time on your device or use Time Correction for codes in the setting of the Authenticator App.
