Create a Server and Channel to Receive the Alert
- Login to your Discord account: Click https://Discord.com/login and login to your account.
- Create a Server
- After login, click the "+" icon on the left to create or add a servcer. You can ignore this step if you already have one.
- On the pop-up window, select the one that fits your preference.
- Name your server, then click "Create"
- Now your server has been created.
- Create a Channel
- You will see a #general channel under the server you have created. You can use this for now, or create an exclusive server by clicking the "+" icon at the top of the channel list.
- Select "Text" as the channel type, and name it in a way that can show its usage such as " BTC price alert"
Click "Create Channel", then your exclusive "inbox" for alert is now ready.
Create a Discord Bot
- Go to the text channel you just created, click the Gear icon next to its name, select "Edit Channel". *Be careful that this should be next to the channel name, not the server name.
- Click "Integrations", then click "Create Webhook" button.
- A webhook bot will be created automatically. You can rename it or use the default name "Spidey Bot"
- Click "Copy Webhook URL" and save this copied URL somewhere else for now.
Integrate Discord Bot
- Go to Bitunix website, on the trading page, click the "Alarm" icon.
- Click the Gear Icon on the right to start setting.
- Paste the Webhook URL you copied for your discord bot here, click "Save".
- Next, when you create a new indicator alaert, for example, "Remind me when BTC 接last price iss over 90,000 USDT). Make sure you have checked the "Discord" option.
- Once the preset condition is met, a message will be sent to your discord channel. And now you can see all indicators set up directly!
