- Applicable Scenarios
This guide applies when users experience access issues that may be caused by ISP restrictions or an unstable network connection. Common symptoms include:
- Web: The homepage loads only the navigation bar, while the rest of the content does not load.
- Browser: The browser shows an ERR_TIMED_OUT error when opening the website.
- App: Dynamic resources fail to load.
- Web Solutions
Based on technical checks, these access issues are often caused by interference from your local internet service provider (ISP). You can try the following methods in order:
Option 1: Use Alternative URLs (Recommended)
If you cannot access the main site, try the alternative URLs below. They provide the same functionality and performance and are safe to use:
Option 2: Change Your DNS Settings
You can change your device or computer DNS to 8.8.8.8 (Google Public DNS).

Option 3: Use a VPN or Proxy
If you have a VPN or proxy available, try accessing the website through it.
- App Solutions: Switching Server Nodes
If data loads slowly in the app, you can switch your connection node using the Select Server feature.
- Default setting: Set to Auto Select so the system connects you to the best available node automatically.
- Manual selection: In addition to Auto, several server nodes are available for manual selection.
Method A: Manually Switch Server
If the connection feels laggy, manually switch to a node with lower latency.
- Tap your Avatar in the top-left corner of the Home page.
- Go to Account Center.
- Tap Server Switch.
- In the list, choose the node with the lowest latency (ms) or the one highlighted in green.
- After selection, the pop-up will close automatically, indicating the switch is complete.
Method B: Weak Network Prompt
When you are on the Futures or Spot trading page and the system detects a weak network:
- A Weak Network banner will appear at the top of the screen.
- Tap the arrow on the banner to quickly open Server Switch and change nodes.
Method C: Network Disconnected
If the banner shows Network Disconnected (and there is no switch arrow):
- Switching server nodes will not resolve the issue in this state.
- Check your phone’s connection first (for example, turn off Airplane Mode, switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, or try again after the network is restored).
